Photographing these handsome young men and their beautiful mama is always such a joy; and I couldn't have been more excited when Melanie messaged me to inquire about a flower field photoshoot. I had been eager to book a lavender field for awhile now, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location! Although the weather teased us a bit with the overcast skies and a bit of mist, we really couldn't have asked for a better evening; because the cloud cover was a welcome reprieve from the intense heat of the week. These boys always bring the laughter and energy, and I adore working with them! What a fun - and beautiful - family!! This summer, lavender field photoshoot absolutely filled my creative side; and it was so hard to narrow down to the favorites that I posted here. :)

Melanie was so beautiful to photograph, as always; and I can't get over how gorgeous - and serene - this farm was! It was a photographer's dream-come-true, definitely a bucket-list photoshoot, and I cannot wait to go through these photos!
