Gear comes and goes, but the eye, the hustle, and the passion never change.I recently had to make some tough business decisions and part ways with two of my powerhouse lenses—my 100-400mm and my RF 135mm f/1.8—to keep the bank account right and the business steady. It’s the reality of grinding independently, and I’m not afraid to be transparent about it.But the work doesn't stop.I just tracked down a classic, used Canon EF 200mm f/2.8L II prime. It’s fast, it’s razor-sharp, and it gives me back the exact compression, grit, and reach I need to capture those raw, moody moments in between the action.
