We're just a few weeks away from the first mini sessions as we're knocking on October's door. We'll be starting in The Woodlands at one of my favorite locations. I just love the trees and the stone steps! There are only a few spots left for each date.

Session information: mini sessions are 20 minutes for $240 and include the session as well as 10 final edited digital images that will be sent to you for your use.

It's hard to imagine doing a family photo session while it's THIS hot right now! That's why I can't wait to start seeing leaves falling off trees and people wearing sweaters and boots.

The fall truly is my favorite season of the year and it's always been a nostalgic time of year. Maybe it's the football games or the fall festivals, and mini sessions just make it better for me. I honestly look forward to seeing you and your families and (so quickly!) catching up with you.

This year I've picked 4 dates with 4 different locations and I'm even doing a morning set of sessions so there are several options to pick from. I've also scheduled a backup date for each option in case of issues with weather.

As usual, they are 20 minutes which I find works well to get updated photos without wearing everyone out, especially little kids and dads :) Mini sessions are $240 and include the session as well as 10 final edited digital images that will be sent to you for your use. I love getting to photograph this family that will very soon be welcoming a new little brother! Laura and I knew each other before marriage and kids so it's so exciting to be going through these big moments around the same time. And it's oh-so-fun commiserating over the bewildering toddler moments we are dealing with - love those kiddos!

I still remember when I first met Kylie and her family and she was just a little girl, and now she's a senior!! I'm so excited for her as she takes the next steps towards graduation and college and I was so happy to be her senior photographer. We met up at Vintage Park and walked around to a few different spots. She's a natural in front of the camera!

I've pretty much known her since she was born as she's my little cousin. It gave me the warm fuzzies that she was so excited to have me shoot her senior portraits. It was definitely a family affair and everyone played a supportive part during the shoot. It was lots of fun!

It's wild to me that I've known him since he was 3 years old...and now he's a high school senior?! It's not even possible. And yet, here we are commemorating this milestone in his life. It's always fun working with people you've known for so long and it's even more fun to explore a new area together. Need a senior photographer in Cypress? Let me know!

Our yearly photos with siblings T & B took place in a location that was new to me and fun to work in. I want to go back just for fun and have some dinner and ice cream!

Surprise proposals are so fun and exciting! I can't wait to see her face when she realizes why she's there and what he's asking her. I'm so impressed with how the family (parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) were able to get themselves set up with balloons and the letters "Will U Marry Me" AND remained completely silent until she took the blindfold off to add to the surprise. It was so fun to watch!

What a joy to work with this sweet family not only because they are lovely people, but they're both dancers, and he's a photographer! As a photographer, it's a HUGE compliment when other photographers ask you to photograph their family. Of course, I feel the pressure but I enjoy it :) And I just loved meeting their sweet, precious little girl for the first time. Welcome (and welcome back) Salaz Family to Spring!
