You just have to decide that wanting this is finally louder than the reasons you’ve been talking yourself out of it.

❌ Lose weight first.
Your body does not become more worthy of being photographed at a smaller size.

❌ Love every inch of yourself.
You don’t have to arrive overflowing with confidence. You can have complicated feelings about your body and still let yourself be seen beautifully.

❌ Know how to pose.
That’s quite literally my job. 😂 You can show up knowing absolutely nothing about what to do with your hands, your face, your legs, your b***s — I’ve got you.

❌ Wear lingerie.
A bodysuit. An oversized sweater. Your favorite T-shirt. A sheet. Nothing but your favorite pair of jeans. Sexy isn’t a dress code.

❌ Show more skin than you’re comfortable showing.
More exposed does not automatically mean more beautiful, more feminine, or more sensual.

❌ Wait until you “feel ready.”
Because sometimes confidence isn’t what gets you through the door.

Sometimes confidence is what you walk out with.

And maybe most importantly


You do not have to become a different woman before you are allowed to celebrate the one you already are.

Not ten pounds from now.
Not after you start working out.
Not when the stretch marks fade.
Not when the kids are older.
Not when you finally learn to love your stomach.

You. As you exist right now.

That woman is already worthy of being documented.

And if you’ve spent years believing beautiful photographs are something you have to earn


Maybe it’s time somebody showed you otherwise. đŸ–€

Things I will never ask of you to make beautiful bo***ir photographs:

❌ Cross a boundary because “the picture will be worth it.”

❌ Wear something that makes you uncomfortable.

❌ Show more skin than you want to show.

❌ Perform sensuality in a way that doesn’t feel like you.

❌ Pressure you into saying yes because you’re worried about disappointing me.

There is no photograph important enough for me to need you to override your own no.

We can modify a pose.

Change an outfit.

Change the angle.

Skip the idea entirely.

Your boundaries don’t make my job harder.

They’re simply part of the information I use to create something that actually feels like you.

Beautiful photographs AND consent.

We get to have both. đŸ–€

You know what I need from you during your bo***ir session?

Not modeling experience.

Not flexibility.

Not an encyclopedic knowledge of your “good side.”

I need you to give me about 30 seconds of trust at a time.

Put your hand here.

Point your toes.

Drop this shoulder.

Chin toward me.

Breathe.

Hold that.

✹ click ✹

And then we do it again.

You don’t have to understand why some tiny adjustment matters.

That’s my part.

Your part is showing up.

This is a real fear.

So I’m not going to dismiss it with:

“Oh babe, you’ll LOVE them!”

Because maybe you’ve spent years avoiding cameras.

Maybe seeing yourself in photographs is genuinely difficult.

Maybe you’ve already decided which parts of yourself you’re going to inspect first.

That’s exactly why my job isn’t simply to press a shutter.

I pose intentionally.

I pay attention to light.

I watch expression.

I make adjustments.

And throughout the session, I’ll show you what we’re creating.

You aren’t going to spend the entire experience wondering whether this is working.

And little by little, something usually happens:

The woman who was terrified she’d hate every picture starts asking me


“Can I see that one again?” đŸ–€
