Fun facts about BREASTFEEDING! 🤱

Breastmilk is made from blood 🩸

Lactation burns about 500 calories per day, roughly equivalent to 45 minutes of running at a 6 mile-per-hour pace 🏃‍♀️

We exchange germs by holding and kissing our babies, leading to antibodies in our milk to help protect our children 🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Breastmilk is not always the depiction of liquid gold.. it can change colors! Anywhere from red, brown, green, orange, blue or even purple! 🌈

Breastfeeding can reduce the risk of several chronic diseases in both mom and baby 🏥

Often overshadowed by the arrival of the baby, the placenta marks the second labor, the final stage of delivery. After the cries, after the first embrace, the body still works… releasing the very organ that sustained life.

It’s not just an afterthought. It’s sacred. It’s the closing of the womb’s work.

The placenta is just one more reflection of God’s perfect design in the miracle of life.

Quiet or sometimes LOUD strength through contractions.
Prayers through pain.
Holy and confident surrender to your body which is doing things completely out of your control.

If you want to achieve a natural labor.. you must PREPARE. A common mistake during pregnancy when your goal is to have a natural labor and delivery is the lack of preparation for it. But your body was made for this. You will have an instinct through every moment, to do exactly what it was meant to do.

Hey friends! I figured it was time for a little reintroduction—especially for those who are new here. I’m Trinity, the heart behind this page. Alongside being a photographer, I am a mama, wife, friend and Christ follower with a deep love for capturing meaningful moments and serving others with purpose.

A few things about me:
🤍 I’m a big believer in Jesus, strong coffee, and slow mornings.. which almost never happen because of the 3 littles I have under 5.

📸 I started this journey because I felt God gently (but clearly!) calling me to use my gifts to honor the beauty of life—especially in the raw, sacred moments.

🫶🏼 My love language is acts of service—nothing fills my cup more than showing up for people in meaningful ways.

💝 My hope is that everything I create or share feels like a little gift, made with intention and care.

When I documented my very first birth, the Lord overwhelmed me with a deep and undeniable knowing—this is what I was called to do.

To witness the miracle of life.
To pray over the delivery of His children into this world.
To be present as He ushers in His most precious gifts.

Nothing else has ever stirred my spirit quite like this work.

As a mother myself, it’s not always easy to make space for the things that bring me joy—but birth photography has never left my heart. So here I am, showing up again.

Recommitting to the calling God placed in me.
Ready to serve, to support, and to document the sacred.
