Had the pleasure of an Arizona trip this month. Truly a wonderful trip and I had to stop to photograph Horseshoe Bend while there.

Trying to get used to the autofocus on the new camera body and some test shots with an older but new to me lens. Fortunate to have several Eastern Bluebirds overwinter here. I don't know why but I think they are beautiful birds, and they certainly know where there is plenty of food, water and shelter...

Had an amazing opportunity to watch some Short-Eared owls hunt yesterday, my fingers were barely working. Many shots missed due to frozen fingers not finding and firing buttons. My friend got frostbite. It was brutally cold, did I say "brutally". I will be posting more when I have the energy and time. Hope you don't get bored of the owl images... I don't post much to other forums really, so... thanks for looking, blessings to you all and stay warm.

Had a couple hours on a work trip to take a few photos. These photos are common, but I wanted to shoot it anyway. Timing did not allow me the opportunity to shoot the sunset at the pier. That is ok, someday, however. Life is good, positive vibes only, cheers and Happy Thanksgiving.
