Still smiling after photographing Alicia and Joe's wedding yesterday — we spent the 4th with them, capturing so many fun moments, heartfelt vows, and tender details honoring loved ones whose presence we felt. We've known Alicia and Joe for years, so being part of this day felt truly special. Leave a 💕 to congratulate these lovebirds!

Years ago, someone messaged me about a “strap that wasn’t fixed”
(not the bride) — and it reminded me why I take photos the way I do. I quietly handle small fixes (hair, trains, clasps, phones) and I’ll tweak during our posed moments, but for the rest of the day I protect the flow — weddings are for living, not constant styling. My approach is photojournalistic: I capture the imperfect, lived‑in seconds that hold the meaning, not magazine‑perfect poses. What matters most to you on your wedding day? Tell me in the comments 👇

Wanna know a secret? I’ve had an interest in photography since I was a child, using a point-and-shoot camera to take random, blurry photos. I've come a long way 😆 But that alone wouldn’t have been enough to get me where I am today! In order to develop this business, I took a lot of necessary steps to really hone my craft. I went to art school, where I loved printmaking, book arts, and of course, photography, took other classes after from photographers I admired, used my camera a ton so that I got to know it inside and out. After college, God provided an opportunity to do wedding photography and we've been doing wedding, event, and portrait photography since. Was it easy? Not even a little. But would I change it? Not at all. When you decide to let me document your special day or capture family memories for you, I pour all that dedication and hard work into every step I take. I’ve worked so hard to provide just what you're looking for! So tell me, how can I help you today?

Can I admit something to you? I’m a super introverted photographer, and over the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life who have challenged the very limits of what I thought I was capable of. Of course, I love that my clients keep me in business, and I love that they recommend me to their friends and families.... but what I love the very most about them is that they consistently broaden my horizons and trust me to do what I love. Cheers to my clients, past, present, and future… get in touch with me if you’d like to be one of them soon!
