Very hot day at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge! Unfortunately, I had to wait until today's stage of the Tour de France was over, so we got out there a little later than usual. All these photos are from the hike around Lake Ladora.

Getting close to the end of another season of Short Track MTB racing at Valmont Bike Park! Next week will be the final event of this season! I was out there once again this week for another fun night of racing. BJC switched it up a bit this week, adding in a Fixie category during the Men's C race!

After the stormy weather of the last few weeks, we were treated to a sunny, hot and dry session of the Valmont Short Track series last night at Valmont Bike Park. Great to see lots of racers embracing last night's "Tutus and Tank-Tops" theme!

Well, the weather actually held out at last night's Valmont Short Track MTB, with it only starting to rain a bit right at the end of the final race of the evening. Thanks to Boulder Junior Cycling for another fun week of racing!

Weather looks a bit sketchy for tonight's Valmont Short Track... We'll see what happens!

Another trip out to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge this morning. Not a great day for birds, but an amazing day for bison! The main herd was nice and close, with well over 100 bison and calves walking across the road right in front of us!
