🇺🇸 Flag Day 2026! 🇺🇸

From winning a Golden Gas Can at the Glow Parade Friday night to celebrating our Grand Marshals on Sunday! From horses to horsepower, clowns to cotton candy, stars and stripes to everything red, white, and blue—there truly was something for everyone!

With flags flying, veterans waving, marching bands playing, sirens blaring, smiling faces, and flying candy, the World's Largest Flag Day Parade once again brought our community together for an unforgettable celebration.

While working through the 2026 Flag Day Parade images, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share this one first!

Congratulations to Bill Donner, this year's Grand Marshal!

Bill and his wife, Barb, are two of the kindest, most genuine, and hardest-working people you could ever meet. They have dedicated so much to our community and have raised a family that reflects those same values.

The Donners are truly a blessing to the Three Oaks community. Bill and Barb have been married for 66 years, and one of the things I admire most about them is that they still gather the entire family together for Sunday dinners. In a world that moves so fast, that commitment to family is something truly special.

Congratulations, Bill, on this well-deserved honor!

The "dark room" is a photograph making technique of the past, which I am proud to have learned at one point, but now it's "Lightroom" or "Photoshop" or a digital equivalent. But when I work in either program it makes me happy to have my sign on. 😏

It was truly an honor to photograph the River Valley Class of 2026 graduation ceremony on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Some of these graduates I know very well. I've had the privilege of mentoring, chaperoning, and directing them through various school activities over the years—especially in theater and band. Others I know through their parents, and some I don't know personally at all.

No matter the relationship, I know I speak for many throughout the River Valley school district when I say how proud we are of each and every one of you! 👏👏👏

As a thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey, for the opportunity to help shape some of your lives, this gallery is available with free image downloads.

🎉 🥳Earlier this month, I had the privilege of taking my nephew Lucas's 10th birthday photos! 🎉🥳

It's hard to believe he's officially hit the double digits! Happy 10th Birthday, bud! We are so proud of you and love you so much. ❤️

I had the pleasure of photographing the Berrien County Coyotes Baseball team! The Berrien County Coyotes is a sports organization for homeschool students in Southwest Michigan that continues to grow its opportunities for local youth athletes. It’s been amazing to watch their program grow and expand over the years.

This team is extra special to me because my nephew plays on the team — so of course I have to give a special shoutout to #15! ⚾💚

⚾📸 Team photos, big smiles, and plenty of silly moments! Another fun day at the ball field capturing memories for these awesome T-Ball, 8U, 10U, and 12U teams. From serious game faces to goofy poses with teammates, these are the moments kids will remember for years to come. Here’s a glimpse of just a few images from the day.
