🚨 Friendly Reminder from Your Neighborhood Photographer 🚨
All images created by David Garcia Photography are protected by copyright.
That means screenshotting galleries, removing watermarks, editing images, removing backdrops, using AI to alter photos, reposting images without permission, or otherwise helping yourself to my work is not allowed.
Lately, I've noticed a few people getting a little too creative with images that don't belong to them. While I appreciate the enthusiasm, that's not how this works.
I'm generally a pretty easygoing guy. If you need something, ask. Chances are we can work something out.
However, if the watermark removal and unauthorized use continue, you'll meet the other Dave. The one who suddenly starts quoting Liam Neeson from Taken:
"I have a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. If you remove my watermark, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will send you an invoice."
Let's keep things simple: respect the copyright, support the artists and photographers creating the work, and nobody has to hear my best Liam Neeson impression.

I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph Merrimack Valley High School’s Baseball Senior Night this past Friday. It was a truly special evening capturing these athletes alongside their parents, celebrating their dedication, hard work, and accomplishments throughout the season.
Along with the senior recognition moments, I was also able to capture some great action and candid images from the game itself, highlighting the energy and spirit of the team. It’s always an honor to document these milestone events and preserve memories that families will cherish for years to come.
Thank you to the players, families, and coaching staff for allowing me to be part of such an important night.
