One of our unplanned summer trips was to Alaska and while we were sadly there for a celebration of life for my husband's grandma, we were able to visit with family and see the beauty of Homer, Alaska which is quite possibly one of the most beautiful places on earth! My kiddos loved visiting the beach again even if it was cold at the end of June!
