It has been declared and ruled yesterday that AI generated child s*x abuse images is protected under the first amendment as long as it is not distributed.
How does AI work? It takes images that has been submitted to it and puts it in a database. This is for all AI, like chat gpt, etc. When someone produces these AI child s*xual abuse images, it can freely pull from that database. When you use chat gpt to make those cute pictures of your children, your child's picture is now in that database and can appear in these child s*xual abuse images!
If you've never used AI with your child's pictures , great. But do you put their pictures online where anyone can save them and put them into ai without your knowledge?
⚠️As a result, I will no longer be posting previews to my page with children's faces in them. I will send those previews directly through messenger. This is not up for debate, children's safety is #1 for me in this issue. ⚠️
Your child could be in s*xual abuse images on someone's computer and it is protected under the first amendment in court. I urge everyone to research this issue.
