This week, I had a client use a photo I had taken for an obituary, and it honestly hit me harder than I expected. It made me realize just how many different seasons of life I get the privilege of photographing. From new beginnings to milestones, growing families, love, and even loss, photography truly captures all forms of life, and there is something so incredibly beautiful about that. 🤍

Lately, I’ve found myself looking at life through a completely different perspective. Life is so incredibly precious, and it moves far too quickly. Hug your loved ones a little tighter and cherish the people who are close to you. 🤍

I’ve finally gotten around to editing my very own Swayze’s Fresh 48 session from the hospital. 🥹💕 Between being so busy editing my clients galleries and already being back to work, life certainly hasn’t slowed down! However, looking through these photos reminded me to slow down for a moment and appreciate just how beautiful life is. These are the moments I never want to forget. 🩷

Photographs really do become pieces of our lives that we get to keep forever. 📸✨

Did you know I do courthouse weddings & small ceremonies? 🤍💍

I am absolutely OBSESSED with how these photos turned out, but I still haven’t fully recovered (mentally and financially 😅) from my main lens breaking literally right before this beautiful couple said, “I do.” 😳 Needless to say, I had to improvise and I think it’s safe to say we made it work! 🙌🏼

I absolutely love the cinematic, romantic vibe of these images. There’s just something so special about capturing those intimate moments that make a small wedding feel just as grand. ✨

Happy Friday!

I am so behind on posting! Life has been wonderfully busy! Two weeks ago today, we welcomed our perfect baby girl into the world, and I've been soaking up every second of these newborn snuggles.💖Her photos are definitely coming soon!

In the meantime, I couldn't wait any longer to share this beautiful mommy-and-me session. These two made my job so easy. I was able to capture so many genuine, love-filled moments between this sweet mama and her son, and every image melts my heart.

Not long ago, I had the honor of photographing these sweet grandparents with their grandbabies. Tomorrow, he'll be undergoing heart surgery.

Please pray for a successful surgery, wisdom for his medical team, strength and peace for him, and comfort for his family as they wait. 🙏

This shoot was so much fun and I couldn't pick my favorites because I love how ALL these turned out! 🤍

We had been planning this shoot for a while, but it ended up being even more special because we traded services. She had posted a farm implement my hubby had been wanting, and I surprised him with it as a Father's Day gift. I'd call that a win-win! 🚜📸

A huge congratulations to the newlyweds! 🤍💍

Adding courthouse weddings to my resume because this one just shot straight to the top of my favorite sessions. There is something so special about stripping away all the extras and focusing on what truly matters, two people choosing forever.

Today’s emotions were definitely flowing.. for all the right reasons.. and a few unexpected ones.. 🥹😭 Shooting a wedding at 36 weeks pregnant while my go-to lens decided to retire itself right before the ceremony was definitely not on my 2026 bingo card. 😭📸 Thankfully, backup gear saved the day, and we still captured all the beauty!

You all are keeping me busy, and I couldn't be more grateful! 🤍

My turnaround time is currently closer to three weeks (my goal is always two), and I just wanted to give everyone a little update. Between working full-time, photographing all of your beautiful families, and getting everything ready for our baby girl's arrival, life has been wonderfully busy!

I don't have much free time these days, so I've had to set aside some time to prepare for this exciting new chapter. Thank you all for being so understanding, patient, and supportive throughout this season. It truly means the world to me, and I appreciate each and every one of you for trusting me with your memories.
I can't wait to continue sharing your galleries with you!
