These beach mini sessions were supposed to be simple. I created them as a way to stay behind the camera during the slower summer months—a fun, low-pressure opportunity to keep doing what I love while making photography a little more accessible.

What I didn’t expect was how much they would change me.

Watching families show up, laugh together, and leave with memories they truly valued reminded me that beautiful photography shouldn’t feel out of reach. It solidified something I’d been feeling for a long time: there isn’t a one-size-fits-all price for what these moments are worth.

Those little beach minis ended up inspiring a complete shift in my business.

This sweet family brought all the energy, laughter, and personality. Two silly sisters who kept everyone smiling, a happy little brother who was content taking it all in, and enough bubbles to make the evening feel a little magical. 🫧🫧

The best family photos aren’t about standing perfectly still—they’re about embracing this season exactly as it is. The giggles, the running, the cuddles, the tiny moments in between. Those are the memories worth holding onto.

These start of summer outdoor mini sessions are offered on a pay-what-you-want basis, giving you the freedom to choose a session fee that fits your budget. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, updating family photos, documenting a growing bump, capturing sweet moments with your partner, or simply want to remember this season of life, these sessions are for you.

Each session includes:

☀️ 15-minute outdoor photography session at Maumee Bay State Park
☀️ 20 professionally edited digital images - print add-on services available
☀️ Online gallery with download access

There is no set session fee—simply choose an amount that fits comfortably within your budget. My goal is to make professional photography accessible to all while continuing to create meaningful, lasting images for every client.

Minis will be held the evening of Sunday, June 7th, with a rain date of June 21st, if needed. Availability is limited, and once all spots are filled, a waitlist will be started.
