If you would’ve told me two years ago that I would have my own group coaching program, I never would’ve believed you.

Do I love helping people? Absolutely! Do I have knowledge to share? Sure do! Do I try to encourage others? Yep! Do I feel qualified? That’s another story!

So many times we look up to others and think they have their stuff all together. We compare our story to theirs and think “I will never be as good as they are. Why should I even try?”

Repeat after me: That is just a story. It’s not true. I am valuable. I have a lot to offer! The people who need me won’t care that I don’t do everything perfectly. I don’t have to have all of the answers. I just need to provide value and enhance someone else’s life!

Don’t be crippled by comparison. You, my friend, are amazing! There’s only one you! Now go out there and be the best version of yourself today!

Do you ever struggle to feel natural in front of the camera? Do you shy away from photos because you just know you’re going to look awkward?

We don’t make it our aim to give you pretty pictures. Now hear me out… Yes, we want you to think the picture looks pretty. BUT…it’s our focus to make you feel amazing! We don’t want you to look at it and say “wow, that’s a beautiful picture.” We want you to say “I can’t believe I look that good! That’s the best I’ve ever looked in a picture and I can’t wait to make that my profile picture!”

See, we’re not in the business of taking pictures. We’re in the business of helping people realize how amazing they truly are!

This was the welcome mat at a recent AirBnB I stayed at. It instantly made me happy. And that helps me to see that just by being happy, we can improve someone else’s life.

So go be the force for good. Tell people what you appreciate. Give genuine compliments. Put your focus on the positive and life will go much smoother.

So I’m here to say that I’m happy you, my friend, are here! It wouldn’t be the same without you!

Tell me one thing that makes you happy! Here’s just a short part of my list:
Sunrises and sunsets
Baby chicks exploring their new world
Traveling to places I’ve never been
My husband reaching out to hold my hand
Slow rain showers
Fresh veggies straight from the garden
Clean laundry hanging on the line
Flowers full of bees and butterflies
Weekly chats with my mom
The smell of fresh cut grass
Hugs from children
Changing song lyrics to fit our current situation

Hey you! Yep…YOU! I see you! All the negative things you’re saying about yourself…they’re not true! You are a very valuable human being! Everyone around you knows it! You just need a reminder now and then that it’s true. And it is! You are worthy of amazing things. Once you start believing that, your life will never be the same!
