An Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor. The world's most advanced Air Superiority Fighter. Designed in the late 1990's, the aircraft was officially placed in active service in late 2005. Production stopped in 2011 after only 187 operational models were built.

The Springville Arts Cafe'. This building was in horrible condition with portions of the building and roof collapsed. It was rescued by a group of passionate local citizens. The three story building contains the cafe', an artisan bakery, a performance stage, a library, a green roof, and artist in residence spaces. Restoration was overseen by Jay Braymiller Architects.
