From my Archive. A 2012 view of construction of the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, NY. Note the steel on the upper right side of the property that is being used. It was steel from the earlier proposed hotel and casino that was partially built, cancelled due to the recession of 2008-09 and dismantled several years earlier.
