I’ve seen so many posts lately that’s say “looking for a photographer who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg” and it makes me chuckle.
Two years ago I used to say yes to everything. I commented on every 411 post. I gave people discounts. I did loads of sessions for free because I thought they would be a loyal client in return, only for them to move on to the cheapest option the next time they were looking… I did these things because I wanted people to choose me as their photographer. I wanted more than anything for my business to grow and be successful.
I’ve grown my business into something I'm so proud of and feel 100% confident that you are getting the best experience. I’ve spent 8 years (more like 12) learning how to shoot in every condition, what gear I need to be prepared, how to edit in every scenario (and it really does change a ton from session to session) how to book my days efficiently while still being a present mom, finding unique locations.
When you book with me, you're not booking a quick stop and shop photography session. I’m not the cheapest option because my work is worth more than that!
You're investing in an experience that has been thoughtfully planned and refined over 8 years of trial and error.
I'm not everyone's photographer.
And that's exactly how it should be.
My people will find me. My people HAVE found me. The families who value the whole experience. The ones who understand that what I'm creating isn't just photos for today, but memories they'll hold onto long after I'm gone.
Those are my people.
