Yesterday, Los Angeles City Hall glowed in brilliant shades of green and gold, a powerful symbol of hope and unity, as City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto, Officer , Ambassador , and came together to address one of the community’s most pressing challenges: bullying among youth.
In a meaningful collaboration, LAPD and WBC Cares, with the support of TORKLAW, unveiled plans for a revitalized Anti-Bullying Campaign designed to reach the more than 557,000 students across the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).
This initiative aims to combine the strengths of WBC’s global “KO Bullying” program with LAPD’s community outreach efforts, creating a unified platform for education, empowerment, and empathy. With guidance and endorsement from the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, the program is set to launch officially during the 2026–2027 school year, with pilot events beginning as early as 2026.
The joint effort represents more than just a campaign, it’s a movement to foster kindness, resilience, and understanding among the city’s youth. By merging expertise from law enforcement, advocacy, and education, the initiative seeks to create lasting change and build a safer, more compassionate future for children across Los Angeles.
With collaboration, courage, and compassion lighting the way, Los Angeles is taking a powerful stand to KO bullying once and for all.
