Just wanted to give another little update about my dad, Jones. ❤️ A lot of people have been reaching out asking how he’s doing or wanting to get in touch. As many of you know, he doesn’t have a phone anymore and talking on the phone is pretty tough for him, so it’s been hard for him to stay connected.

With Christmas coming up, I thought something that might really make his day is receiving cards or notes from the people who care about him. If you’d like to send him a Christmas card, you’re welcome to send it to me and I’ll bundle them up and take everything over to him. I know he would absolutely love it, and it would help him feel a little more connected to the world again. 🎄✨

For safety reasons, if you’d like my address, please let me know how you know him, just so I’m not giving out my information to everyone. You can either message directly or leave a comment on this post and I’ll message you. 💛

Thank you all for thinking of him, it truly means a lot.

❤️ Quick Update About Jones ❤️

Hi everyone! I know it’s been a while since I’ve shared anything, so I wanted to pop in with a little update.

Jones is still alive, kicking, and as stubborn as ever! 😂

A lot of people have been trying to reach him, so here’s the best way:
Jones doesn’t currently have a phone or email, but you can get in touch with him through his wife. If you used to have his old number and no longer have a way to reach him, just message me. If you can confirm the old number you had, I’ll send you the contact info for his wife.

Just a heads-up, he isn’t able to talk super clearly these days and tends to mumble, so phone conversations can be a bit tricky. But if you knew him well enough to have his old number, hopefully his wife will let him chat for a bit.

Thanks for understanding, and sorry it’s been so long since the last update. ❤️

Some of you may have noticed there is no Jones class this semester.

This is his daughter, Buffy.

I just wanted to let everyone know he is no longer teaching due to health reasons.

He is working on getting stronger and back out taking photos.

But no more official classes.

Over 45 years of teaching. Wow.

I'll try to update more often!

Have a great new semester!

If you would like to leave a message for him, I'll read them to him next time I see him!
