Tonight’s lunar eclipse! I shot this at 4am in Boone, NC when the moon become fully covered by the earth shadow. Got lucky the clouds cleared up right when it happened.

I use a tracking mount that rotates slowly to take long exposures of the night sky.

Grizzly crossing the Yellowstone river. I was photographing a bull elk & the herd in the river & heard a splash behind me & I saw this big guy 😳 Luckily I was at my car.

A grizzly was hunting some elk & had them bunched up in the river. Unfortunately for this grizzly, he wasn’t able to catch any elk.

This massive bull moose ripped up 2 sage bushes one morning, but unfortunately his mate wasn’t impressive with what he picked 😓
