Hi beautiful—if you’re seeing this, I need you to slow down for just a second and read this all the way through. Life is really fu***ng hard sometimes, and if you’re barely keeping your head above water, please know this: I am SO incredibly proud of you. Proud of you for waking up. Proud of you for surviving. Proud of you for being here, even on the days you don’t want to be.
You deserve to exist exactly as you are. You deserve to take up space. You deserve love, safety, softness, and joy—no matter your gender, your sexuality, your body, your past, or where you are in your journey. This is an LGBTQ+ safe space. You are welcome here. You are seen here. You are protected here. 🏳️🌈
If today feels heavy, please take care of your body the best you can—drink some water, try to eat something, take a breath. Even the smallest acts of care count. You are beautiful in ways you may not be able to see right now, but I promise you are. You are worthy of life. You are worthy of staying. The world is better with you in it.
You are an amazing human—an incredible partner, spouse, mama, daddy, sibling, aunt, uncle, friend. So many people are proud of you, even if they don’t know how to say it out loud. Even if you feel invisible. Even if your brain is lying to you today.
And if you need someone to rant to, cry to, or just exist with—please message me. My inbox is open, judgment-free, always. You are never a burden. You are never “too much.” Your feelings are valid, your story matters, and your life is important.
I love you so, so much. Keep your head up, beautiful. You are not alone—and you never have to be here. 🤍
