All these horse shows are killing me! I miss being in the saddle so bad. When Mia developed arthritis, I decided to retire her to pasture pet status so that I would not do any further damage to some of her joints.

So now instead of holding my weight, she holds little kids. Instead of looking through her ears, I now look up her big goofy nose.

I keep looking for a friend for her because I know she is lonely while I am at work, but I cannot justify how the horse market has exploded and horses are in the thousands of dollars. So I have been watching auctions and horse groups. Until I find her a friend that doesnt cost an arm and a leg, I am literally grounded.

This has also caused me to be WAY out of practice, and it is a contributing factor to me being out of shape since I'm not as active as I used to be.

That being said.......

I have decided to throw an offer out there until I can find my own horse to run again. If you let me steal a warm up on your horse at a show, your photos from that show would be free!

Im not looking to run like someone left the gate open, just to get out and hum dum around the pattern to help my physical and emotional state until I am able to run my own horse again.
