Danielle Brown Photography Family, Wedding, Senior Photographer All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. you can break this up into multiple payments however you see fit.

BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING: For all portrait sessions; a non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session, unless they are mini sessions, then the full session fee is due at the time of booking and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer’s approval only if you cancel 3 days

in advance. For wedding packages, a 30% retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the wedding. PAYMENT: All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid via check, cash, Venmo or Applepay. If a client pays by check, the check must clear, and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees. the remainder at this time must be paid. CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions and Mini sessions client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

*If Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances the session fee can be credited towards a future session within the calendar year. For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

This post hits a little different for me.❤️ ❤️

My beautiful cousin and her fiancé have both found love again after experiencing the heartbreaking loss of their spouses. 💔🪽

What makes their love story even more beautiful and special is the way they both continue to honor, remember, and include their spouses in this new chapter of their lives. They understand that finding new love doesn’t mean forgetting the love they once had. Instead, they carry those memories, that love, and the people they lost with them as they build a beautiful life together.

There is something so incredibly special about two people who understand that love doesn’t end with loss. Sometimes, it simply grows and makes room for something new. 💛
