Happy Anniversary to Blue Note Weddings! This is our 10th year shooting weddings and we want another 10!
Somehow we turned “date night” into timelines, golden hour chasing, and arguing over who packed the extra batteries… and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
It’s messy, it’s magic, and it’s us…
we pour everything we have into our couples🤍
Getting to create side by side—with my favorite person—means every wedding isn’t just a job, it’s another story we get to feel, frame, and remember together. He sees moments I miss, I catch the ones he doesn’t, and somewhere in between we build something that’s completely yours….and it’s emotional for us because we serve this day into a timeless gallery that will never be forgotten.
Just this last weekend we stayed up till midnight talking about our big wins over the weekend, what we could have done better, how we want to edit the specific parts of the day that will make our clients happy. We work on our days off and we quite honestly we never stop working. Why would we if we love what we do?
Am I burnt out on shooting weddings after 10 years….NOPE! In fact, I just got my second wind and we are leveling up bigger better and more luxy than ever. Our holsters are loaded and we are hungrier than ever for more beautiful stories.
Somewhere between camera bags, hard drive and epic drone shots I’m realizing we built this life together and it takes a solid loyal team of invested partnership.
And at the end of every wedding, we still look at each other and think… we’d say “I do” to this life—and to Blue Note Weddings—all over again. 🤍
