If you do, I highly recommend the monthly baking challenge’s from Sally’s Baking Addiction. At the beginning of every month she’ll post a new recipe, and once you make it you can then snap a photo and enter it into a giveaway.
Mille-Feuille (Napoleon Pastry) was February’s, and a challenge it was! Puff pastry from scratch, vanilla pastry cream, and a marbled icing on top. I made the pastry cream dairy-free, so it unfortunately didn’t set up the way it should have. But, it still tasted delicious!
