Do you love to bake?🙋🏻‍♀️

If you do, I highly recommend the monthly baking challenge’s from Sally’s Baking Addiction. At the beginning of every month she’ll post a new recipe, and once you make it you can then snap a photo and enter it into a giveaway.

Mille-Feuille (Napoleon Pastry) was February’s, and a challenge it was! Puff pastry from scratch, vanilla pastry cream, and a marbled icing on top. I made the pastry cream dairy-free, so it unfortunately didn’t set up the way it should have. But, it still tasted delicious!

“Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve is a "weird and scenic" landscape of lava and sagebrush, located in southern Idaho.”-NPS. If you’re ever in Idaho, definitely check this place out!

While visiting, Jackson and I decided to hike up what we thought was just a ‘smallish’ hill…. joke was on us! The elevation change didn’t help either!

It’s called Inferno Cone - “The steep 0.4 mi (0.8 km) trail to the top of Inferno Cone is challenging, but it rewards hikers with 360-degree views of the Great Rift, the Snake River Plain, and the Pioneer Mountains.”-NPS
