Three little things your coordinator may not tell you that will help you stay present and make your wedding photos and video feel even more meaningful and cinematic. 🤍
1. Make eye contact during your ceremony.
Don’t just look at the officiant or the guests. Look at each other. Take in their expression, their smile, the person standing right in front of you. Let yourself be there together.
2. Hold hands as much as possible.
During vows, listening to speeches, moving from one moment to the next. Reach for each other. Those little touches create the kind of natural connection that makes photographs feel like you.
3. Hold each other close during speeches.
Rest your head on their shoulder. Wrap an arm around their waist. Squeeze their hand. Instead of standing side by side, let yourselves settle into each other while the people you love speak about your story.
Years from now, you won’t just want to remember what your wedding looked like. You’ll want to remember how it felt to be there, together.
The little things are often the ones that stay with you. 🤍
Save this for your wedding day.
