Journaling is a great way to process an overactive mind and emotionally charged situations that tie you tummy up in knots, as you let it all come out through writing. This cathartic practice of just put pen to page and decompressing all the pent up worries and frustrations can help create a space to view things from a more objective perspective and open space for new insights and solutions to materialize.
