I’ve been thinking a lot about the images of children I share publicly.

I’ve always asked parents for permission before sharing images of their children, and I have only ever shared identifiable images with a parent or guardian’s consent. But with AI technology advancing faster than the protections surrounding it, I’ve been reconsidering what I’m comfortable putting on a public platform.

Moving forward, I’ll no longer be sharing photographs where children are easily identifiable, particularly images showing their faces, on my social media.

This change applies only to what I share publicly. Your gallery will still include the full collection of images from your session, including the beautiful photographs that show your children’s faces. I want you to have those memories to cherish and share privately with the people you love.

Thank you for trusting me with your memories and, most importantly, with your families.

Madera Canyon is so green and lush and gorgeous! We saw a total of four deer while adventuring this afternoon—and I couldn’t help but think, imagine coming out here for family photos and being lucky enough to see some of this beautiful, peaceful wildlife along the way.

Madera Canyon is one of my favorite places for sessions when you want something a little different from the desert scenery we’re used to here in Tucson. The towering trees, mountain air, greenery, and little trails make it feel like a whole different world.

So, for the remaining weekends in August, I’m opening up a limited number of Madera Canyon sessions at a special August rate.

Yesterday I got to check an item off my bucket list that I never knew I wanted - an old western cowboy wedding at the Tombstone Courthouse Historic State Park. (Fun fact: The Tombstone Courthouse is an Arizona State Park and official Park Rangers work within it.)

From being immersed in all the history, to seeing Pastor Jay "threaten" Andy with a gun during the vows, and seeing their best friends cinch the cowboy knot around them, I can say without a doubt, that Roxanne and Andy's wedding was definitely something I have never experienced before, and it was amazing.
Here is a little sneak peak from yesterday morning, and I am so excited to share the gallery once it is finished.
