But what actually changes your images is how it feels.

The most powerful thing you can wear into your session is not a specific outfit.

It is the piece you almost put back. The one you picked up and immediately heard, that is too much. Too revealing. Too bold. Too you.

That voice is not yours. That is the Script keeping you inside what has been acceptable.

And more often than not, that is the piece that shifts everything. Because you stop managing yourself inside of it. That is where The Undoing that happens in your session begins.

The colors matter. Navy reads authority and trust. Cream softens it—says you’re approachable. Together they create a message: capable and human.

The posture matters. Open hands. Relaxed shoulders. She’s not performing “professional.” She’s present. That reads as confidence without defensiveness.

She says "I'm not photogenic" like it is a fact about herself she was born with. It is not.

It is a conclusion she reached after years of seeing herself through lenses that were never looking for what I look for.

The Scripts handed to her by diet culture, by the people who raised her, by an industry built on her self-doubt, are not hers. They were handed to her.
