We had to change locations due to wind. Everything was perfect, it was meant to be in this location. That sunlight is not edited in, the lighting was absolutely perfect and fall was starting on Mount Lemmon! I absolutely loved this entire photo shoot!

Besides my faith, family and photography one thing that makes my heart happy is traveling. Traveling opens the brain and heart to things that you may not have previously understood. This is a photo from a Buddhist temple outside of Chang Rai, Thailand. Before we started seriously traveling I think my mind was closed to differences of others, and I am so incredibly thankful that I’ve been learning to see the world through other’s eyes. If you could travel to one place, where would it be?

Wind forced us to change locations, and my goodness I am so glad we did. The lighting was absolutely perfect, the leaves were changing color, and everyone was smiling. I loved every minute of working with this sweet family, And smiled every single time I opened a picture to edit it. I am so incredibly blessed and honored to be able to do what I do and to work with such amazing people! Thank you for trusting me to take your family photos this year!
