On Sept. 11, 2001, our world - and the New York City skyline, with it - was altered dramatically and tragically. But the terrorists who attacked America that day did not win. The New York City skyline is beautiful, with the Freedom Tower (One World Trade Center) a thriving centerpiece. I am thankful for all of the first responders, military personnel and good-hearted citizens who assured on that tragic day - and every day - that freedom wins. God bless America.
