🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨
From this point on, I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. It’s a fact that generative AI can only source people’s facial features from real photos.
I will not be a part of the problem. If our government and laws aren’t going to adequately protect children, then I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect them.The safety of children and my clients will always come before my marketing. Any photos of children from previous shoots will be removed from my instagram and public website immediately. This will not effect your private galleries of final product sent over email.
