It's easy to find a "go to", whether its a go to camera, lense, setting, light, etc. It can be hard to make ourselves choose something else and stick with it for a time, but that challenge is often healthy and leads to unique results. For this shoot I chose to use my secondary camera and my least favorite lense, and we ended up in a part of the studio I dont use very often, and the result was a look I haven't done in a long time!

Family portraits are a very important to us here at CFS. We don't do mini's and we rarely do "sets" because we believe your portraits should be as unique as your family is. We love creating a fresh new look each time we work with or repeat clients, and this shoot from last week did not disappoint! We actually started in studio, and moved outside for these beautiful sunset images!

A common misconception is that we only shoot in studio due to our name, but we actually do a majority of our business on location. Along with our commercial work, we also create fine art galleries from our ever-growing collection of urban and landscape imagery. In fact we are currently working with a repeat customer on their second office mural installation!
