When I think of a baller, the first person that comes to my mind is my girl Ava! She is the one to watch this coming year for sure. Offers are flying in like crazy and it is so exciting to have watched her grow into this amazing ball player through all these years. Here's a little preview of her first session this senior year, of course on the court! (And she plays a little volleyball in her spare time too!)

From Little Chiefs to Senior year, I was so excited to work with Maddie to wrap up her Chief Cheer Legacy. It was hot and windy but you wouldn't know it by looking at this beauty! Thank you for being patient as I said "wait for it, wait for it, it's starting to die down.."over and over again. Totally worth the wait, you are stunning sister!

A beautiful subject combined with a beautiful field of literal wildflowers (not a farmed up field, thank you Amanda Slagle :)) plus a few dinosaur sized mosquitos = Ambres session. Such a fun session dodging the elements knowing it would all be worth it. I could not be more excited than to have baby Bird #4 in front of my camera. Sweetie, you looked amazing!

My first 2027 Senior was, of course, a sports session! Once a Chieftain and now a Conqueror, I am so excited I get to see Sam again when I create her senior banner at Victory! Such a fun session with several adorable outtakes. Thanks for the fabulous "kick" off for my 2027 season!

This week I had the opportunity to work with a set of twin seniors, Chloe and Scarlet. Their Aunt Lucy and I worked together at the American Red Cross years ago. We both moved on from those careers in 2014, but the friendship remained. When she contacted me, I couldn't believe they were old enough because I remember when they were born!

Life has a funny way of bringing people back around. Years later, she trusted me to photograph two of the people she loves most, and that means more than I can put into words. Thank you for trusting me with such an important milestone. It was an honor to be part of their senior year.

Chloe and Scarlet, you were amazing to work with! Thank you for being open to all my crazy locations and ideas and rolling with it while not being afraid to speak up of what you wanted too! It made for some beautiful images of you both! Have the best senior year!
