Indeed this photo is among the top (if not the top) I have taken, and there are many reasons for it.
1st and foremost, beautiful Cassi herself. This young lady has such a calm demeanor, yet a particular spark in her eyes tell she is a very fun person.
Second, the nostalgic and its busy crosswalks and how this photo portrays the chaos.
The lack of harmony is amplified by the slow shutter speed and motion blur, leaving the only still subject, Cassie herself.
If I was ever asked to display some of my photos to be printed, this ohoto among a few more in would be among them.
