A June evening in Bernardston, Massachusetts. 🇺🇸

Just after sunset, the last light of the day lingered over the hills, fields, and trees as the landscape settled into evening. The colors softened, the shadows grew longer, and for a few moments everything seemed a little quieter.

These are the moments that keep me coming back with a camera.

🇺🇸🌸 A quiet evening at Cushman Park.

I put together a short video featuring the Bernardston 250th flower bed from above. Hovering just over the display, it was a chance to appreciate the flowers, flags, and the early summer colors that have settled into the park.

Sometimes it's the simple local scenes that make for the most enjoyable flights.

NEW — CONNECTICUT RIVER SERIES (APRIL LIGHT)

I’ve been working along the Connecticut River recently, Gill, Northfield, Bennett Meadows, and just put together a new set of images from that stretch.

There’s something about this time of year that’s hard to explain unless you’ve seen it…The river settles down, reflections clean up, and everything starts waking up quietly.

Some of these are taken from above, showing the bends of the river and the farmland in a way you don’t normally see. Others focus on the stillness and balance that defines this part of the valley.
