Every year I get messages asking if we'll be doing real Christmas tree sessions, and the answer is finally YES!
If you know me, you know I have never been a fan of fake trees. 😊 So instead of creating an indoor set, we're waiting until after Thanksgiving when the trees are fresh, and we're building a beautiful outdoor Tree Farm experience with real trees right here in Tustin.

So obsessed!!

I designed this bed in AI and then I gave Alex my design and he then printed it in the 3-D printer. I love that nobody else in the world has the bed and it fit this baby perfectly.

Last night was a marathon — 4.5 hours live, two absolutely stunning mamas, and over 700 images captured 🤍
Now it’s editing time… lots of it 😅 and Alex is diving into all the footage.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my settings and editing, so here’s a quick breakdown…

I shoot entirely in natural light — no artificial lighting at all. For this session, I used a Canon 6D with a 24–70mm USM II lens. Since I was outdoors, my settings varied slightly depending on the light, but generally I stayed around:

• Shutter Speed: 1/250
• Aperture: f/2.8 – f/3.5
• ISO: adjusted as needed

For editing, I recorded my full process using Evoto AI and LSP Actions, and it’s all included inside my Evoto Mastery course in the school.
