🧡 Men of Color Living with MS—This Is for You.

I’m launching a new support group created specifically for men of color living with Multiple Sclerosis.

A place for real conversations, genuine brotherhood, encouragement, and support from people who understand the journey.

If you’re ready to connect, grow, and never fight MS alone, we’d love to have you.

Together, we’re stronger. 💪🏾🧡

There was a time when social media was simply my escape.
It was the one place where, for a little while, I didn’t have to think about my MS. I could laugh, talk, and forget the doctor’s appointments, the symptoms, the uncertainty, and the battles that nobody else could see.

But God had a different plan.

What I thought was an escape… He turned into my purpose.
He led me to this incredible MS community—not by accident, but by divine appointment. He took someone who was hurting and reminded me that my pain wasn’t meant to be wasted. Instead, He began using it to encourage others who were walking a similar road.

Every conversation…Every live…Every message…Every laugh…Every tear…Every celebration…Every difficult night…Every prayer…

God was quietly shaping me into the man He was calling me to become.

He showed me that my purpose isn’t just living with MS—it’s loving people who live with it. It’s creating a safe place where no one has to fight this disease alone. It’s bringing our community together, raising awareness, speaking hope into lives, and reminding people that they are seen, valued, and never forgotten.

I don’t claim any of this as my own accomplishment. Every door that’s opened, every person I’ve met, every life that’s been touched, every opportunity to serve—it all belongs to God.

I’m just trying to be an obedient vessel.

To everyone who has laughed with me, cried with me, shared your stories, trusted me with your struggles, prayed with me, and become FAMILY… thank you. You have helped shape this journey just as much as I’ve hoped to encourage yours.

Looking back now, I realize that what I once thought was my refuge became the place where God revealed my calling.

Sometimes God will use the very thing you thought was helping you escape your pain to lead you directly into your purpose.

All praise, honor, and glory belong to Him.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” — Ephesians 2:10 🧡🙏🏽🧡

There are moments in life where we don’t understand why God allows us to walk through certain battles, carry certain burdens, or experience things that change the way we see life.

For me, that battle has been Multiple Sclerosis.

Through the pain, the uncertainty, the symptoms, the struggles, and the moments where I felt like I was losing pieces of myself… God showed me my purpose.

There was a time when the weight of living with MS became extremely heavy. The physical pain, the changes, the fear, and the emotional battles brought me to a place where I had thoughts I never imagined I would have. I cried out to God and told Him, “I never want anyone to go through what I have gone through. I never want anyone living with MS to feel alone, forgotten, or like they have no hope.”

And that’s when obedience became my response.

Instead of allowing MS to define me, I surrendered it to God and started building what He placed on my heart. I took the pain, the struggles, the lessons, and my testimony, and I turned it into a mission to create a safe space where people living with MS can come together, be heard, be understood, be educated, and know they have a family beside them.

I stand behind everything I say because this is not just a platform… this is part of the man God is shaping me to be.

Through being obedient to His calling, God has allowed me to meet and continue meeting some of the most incredible people. People who started as strangers but became family. People who have reminded me that even in the hardest seasons, God can create something beautiful.

I am humbled. I am grateful. I am thankful.

All praise, honor, and glory belongs to God because He took something that was meant to break me and showed me how He could use it for a greater purpose.

MS is part of my story, but it is not the end of my story.

My pain became my purpose. My testimony became my mission. And I will continue walking in obedience to the calling God placed on my life.

To my MS family… thank you for being a part of this journey with me. 🧡🙏🏽

First and foremost, we give ALL praise, honor, and glory to God! 🙏🏽

When I look back at this journey, I can truly see His hand in every step. There were moments when I brought my concerns, my worries, and my questions to God because I could feel that the direction I was headed and the path He had prepared for me were going in two completely different directions.

And just like He always does… God redirected me. He corrected my steps, realigned my vision, and reminded me that His plan was always greater than anything I could have imagined.

What started as a vision has become something so much bigger. Watching this beautiful MS community grow into a safe space filled with love, support, education, encouragement, laughter, and real conversations has been an absolute blessing.

This isn’t just a community… this is family. 🧡

To every fellow MSer who has shared their story, opened up, encouraged someone else, prayed with us, laughed with us, and helped create this safe place — THANK YOU.

I am so grateful that God chose me to be a vessel for something that brings people together. I don’t take this journey, this platform, or this family for granted.

God is growing something special here, and I’m excited to continue watching Him move. 🙌🏽

All glory belongs to Him. Always. 🧡🧡

Living with MS has taught me something powerful… I have to accept my symptoms for what they are, not as something that defines me, but as something I’ve learned to navigate.
The fatigue, the weakness, the balance struggles, the unexpected trips and falls… these moments can be frustrating, but I’ve learned to stay calm, cool, and collected. Every challenge is a reminder that I have to give myself grace and trust God through every step.
When I stumble, I don’t panic. When I fall, I don’t lose faith. I remind myself that God is still covering me, protecting me, and walking with me through every moment. His hand is greater than any obstacle I face.
MS may affect my body, but it does not control my peace, my purpose, or my faith. I’m learning that strength isn’t just about standing tall — sometimes strength is getting back up, trusting God, and continuing forward.
God has kept me through every fall, every hard day, and every unknown moment… and I know He will continue to cover and protect me. 🙏🏽
