Today's the day of the show! If you're interested in seeing any of these pictures full size, drop by the Phillips Recreation Center between 5-5:45. I'll also be giving a talk about basic camera controls from 5:45-6:15. Here's another picture that will be on display there.

Photo show is all up. While quality is for others to speak to, you got to admit I nailed down the quantity side of things.

And quantity has a quality all its own.

(The answer is yes, and everyone knows because it's in all my shows. It's basically my cornerstone picture- And I'm completely fine with that. 🙂)

Just a picture of a classy caterpillar- and if you look closely, his little pal. Soon, it will form a chrysalis and then digest it's own body into a primordial mush before a small clusters of cells use this horrifying stew to build some other bug. Beautiful! (Actually, it's two pictures of a caterpillar that I had to splice together because of depth of field issues. Also, I had to erase a bunch of aphids. Not because I dislike aphids- but because i didn't think they were working hard enough to deserve it.
