As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread around the country, we at Collegiate Studios have heightened awareness of our responsibility to our employees and our commitment to you our clients during this important time. We are monitoring the situation and updating our approach as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and local authorities update the public with information.
We believe it’s important to share the steps we are taking to keep our people safe and our offices a healthy environment so that we can continue our day-to-day operations. The safety and well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority. While there is no immediate threat in our area, we are being proactive. We’ve asked our employees to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms. We are also encouraging our employees to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed. We are keeping all areas of our office clean and are disinfecting all commonly used areas often. Should the COVID-19 occur at Collegiate Studios we will follow proper treatment and quarantine protocol as recommended by the CDC.
If you feel safer to place your order over the phone we can do that also. If you do wish to come in for your appointment, please keep the amount of people you bring to a minimum. We find it to be better safe than sorry.
Each one of us has a role to play in preparing ourselves and our families for potential disruptions and upholding our civic duty to help prevent further outbreaks. If we each do our part, we can help lessen the risk for everyone.
Clean your hands frequently with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water.
Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with a tissue or into your elbow.
Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.
We will continue to operate at our normal Tuesday through Saturday schedule and we will keep you updated if we should need to make changes due to an outbreak of COVID-19.
