I always love getting to hang out with this sweet family... even on the days where it's so hot that even the breeze is hot. 😂☀️It was supposed to be cloudy all day, but on the drive there the clouds decided to bail on us. 🤣 This year has definitely been teaching me the art of rolling with it and making the most of what we've got.

Early this year (still winter) we planned this session around our lilacs, just waiting for everything to bloom. Spring finally showed up... and everything bloomed except the bottom half of everything in our island. 😂😭

We decided to go with it and I'm so glad we did. I think these turned out so pretty. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and they still end up being beautiful. 🧡

ps when you book a farm session you may end up with a photobomber. Meet our girl Peachy she's pretty darn sweet 😻
