As a mom, this kind of thing makes me cry.

I believe I first started photographing Lauren and her family in 2015—two years before that first image was even taken. And not just here and there over the years. Not every once in a while.

Every. Single. Year.

And now, here we are in 2026, recreating some of the same poses from 2017.

Lauren has always been the sweetest girl. And there is something so incredibly tender about getting to watch a child grow up through my camera—then looking back and realizing just how much life has happened in between.

This is the part of photography that gets me every time. The proof that they were once this little. The reminder that none of it stays exactly the same.

And the unbelievable privilege of being invited back, year after year. 🤎

Northwest Indiana has so many talented photographers. So, when another photographer reaches out to do a session for their family, it's a big deal to me.

My niece's wedding at this venue, on this day, with those clouds surrounded by love of family and friends was truly an experience I will ever forget.

Cal + Jenna are two of the best people - I can not wait to watch their lives together unfold. I just know it's going to be beautiful.

Karley was our nanny for a few years, and she's remained one of my favorite people ever since. Watching her become such an amazing mom has been the sweetest full-circle moment. 🤎

I honestly wasn't sure a 10-minute session could capture the connection I love most about my job. But Micro Minis have proven me wrong. The joy is still there, the connection is still there—and they're available at a fraction of the price.
