Some photoshoots mean a little more than words can explain. ♥️

A little preview of a session that will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Last night, I had the honor of photographing the gorgeous Nia Otto and her amazing mom, Teresa Otto, in dresses from JANELLE JAMES BOUTIQUE. And of course, they looked absolutely incredible!

This session meant so much to me. I had the privilege of working with Leilani at a few JJB photoshoots, so when Teresa reached out about photographing her and Nia, it was incredibly special to give them an experience like the ones Leilani had been part of.

The entire evening was filled with giggles and stories…it was just so beautiful. And the photos? Absolutely gorgeous. 🥹♥️

I’m so grateful I got to be part of such a meaningful evening with these two wonderful women. Thank you, Teresa and Nia, for trusting me with something so special. It was a beautiful reminder that photographs hold so much more than just a pretty image. They can hold memories, connection, and pieces of the people we love.

I’m slowly working my way through the gallery while traveling, and I CANNOT WAIT for you all to see these! But I had to give this red dress its own moment because… WOW! 🙌🏼♥️

It’s officially SPOOKY season!!! 🙌🏼

October 1st is finally here! And that means the beginning of all things spooky, moody, a little weird and fascinating! 🙌🏼

I can’t wait to start working on all the amazing projects I have planned for this month!

Behind the scenes VS the photos 😍👌🏼

This creative photoshoot was absolutely incredible! The water from the pool photographed the most beautiful blue, her white dress moved so effortlessly in the water, her blue eyes GLOWED against all the blue tones! I mean it was a literal dream!

We wanted something feminine and soft but still powerful and strong, something that really showcased her beauty and femininity. We wanted these images to feel like they could be pieces of art. ♥️

Honestly, I went back and forth for a really long time on if I wanted to share these photos or not. I thought about censoring them, or only sharing a small few. But that really made me sad. Because I’m so proud of these photos. I think she is absolutely gorgeous, and I love her confidence and strength. We spent a really long time talking about her vision and finding a way to make it happen, and leading up to this there were definitely some trial and errors so it made these even more magical. So I’m sharing them. I hope everyone sees the beauty in them. In her. In women. ♥️

Always a joy working with this phenomenal woman who allows me to be creative and trusts me fully to create the most beautiful art together.

13 and in Paris. ♥️

What a dream for little Miss Frankie! 🥹

My husband and I decided that when each of our children turns 13, we’re going to let them pick anywhere in the world they want to go, and take them on a solo trip to celebrate their birthday.

I still can’t believe we’re at the age where we get to do this. 13 feels like such a big milestone, and while I’m definitely not ready for my babies to grow up, I’m so grateful we get to make these memories with them along the way. 🥹❤️

And of course, Frankie chose Paris. Every girls dream! Haha

This was her first time traveling out of the country, and she had the absolute time of her life! When we asked her what her favorite part of the trip was…to no one’s surprise, it was the Eiffel Tower! And the food! 🤭😋

Watching her experience everything for the first time was honestly one of my favorite parts…she’s a great little traveler!

And of course, you can’t take me anywhere without doing a photoshoot! 😂

Before we left, we stopped by our favorite dress spot, JANELLE JAMES BOUTIQUE, and picked out some gorgeous dresses to take with us. This blue dress was her favorite and definitely felt very Parisian! 😍

After Paris, we headed to Laval for a few days in the beautiful French countryside. We did another little photoshoot there in one of the other dresses we brought along, and I can’t wait to share those! 🙌🏼

Here’s to 13, Paris, and all the adventures still to come. 🥹✨

Doja Teas is the most adorable Tea House I’ve ever been to! 🙌🏼

The staff is so warm and welcoming, the space is cozy and absolutely gorgeous, and the tea, sandwiches, pastries and desserts are AMAZING. Honestly, I’m in love! 😍

And of course, when you hear there’s a competition happening, and when you have a space this beautiful, you have to dress up and do a photoshoot!! 🙌🏼🤗 And let me tell you… it was AMAZING!

This playground photoshoot has been on my bucket list for a long time!! I was so excited when Janessa jo Walker shared she wanted to do one as well! 🙌🏼 And it was SO much fun! She was AMAZING!! 😍😍😍 And there was only one grumpy man we had to deal with…not too bad given the playground was packed! Haha Next time I should do this type of shoot on a weekday! 😅

Sellwood Park was absolutely perfect for our shoot! So full of color and plenty of different play structures! The perfect playground! 😍

Now I need to go through my other bucket list photoshoots I’ve always wanted to do and get them checked off! This was SO much fun!!

Driving two hours to the coast for an hour long photoshoot might seem like a lot, but it was absolutely worth it!

A cool, foggy day at the beach gave us the most beautiful, soft lighting…SO obsessed! 🙌🏼

It was amazing to work with these four gorgeous women! I wish I could have worked with everyone modeling for the PNW creatives event, but my fault for showing up 2 hours late! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was so grateful to be a part of this gorgeous fashion show celebrating Janelle James Boutique 15th Anniversary!

Everyone was absolutely incredible and even though it was 95 degrees outside these girls were flawless! Constantly amazed by these women!
