(Branding photography examples can be seen on IG .corey.brand.photos) What do they have in common? For me, those photos are candid moments where I am showing genuine emotions. They tell a story… either about my personality or what my life was like at a given time. They are capturing a special moment. They show me being REAL. These three principles – Beautiful Moments, Powerful Stories, and Real Women – are what I aim to document with my photography. There is a story to tell for every moment in your life, whether that is a big event like a wedding or the birth of your child, or just a single day where you want to express through photos what it feels like to be a confident, powerful, beautiful woman. I would love to capture those stories for you.

This weekend I'm in full "Soccer Mom" mode.... three kids soccer games (thankfully they are all in Vancouver this week!) and a Thorns game! Maybe I'll finally understand what "off sides" means by Monday. 🤣

I have lots of clients who bring sports/fitness related items to their sessions. Jerseys, weights, yoga equipment, race medals, running shoes.... I love when my clients show a bit of their interests and pride in their sessions!

Is there anything "sporty" that you could include? I LOVE getting creative with fun props, too! 😁

Last month marked my NINE YEAR anniversary as a business owner here in Vancouver! (I won't tell you how long I've ACTUALLY been a photographer because it just makes me feel old. 🤣). What did y'all do this weekend? I had to take yesterday "off" to recoup from mine. 🤣

I spent Saturday afternoon at Fort Vancouver at my booth at the expo for Sunset 5k. Then I did a quick car change before heading to the Train concert in Ridgefield... where I was then up way too late dancing and singing HARD before heading home to bed for an EARLY wake up to get BACK to the fort for the expo for the marathon and half marathon on Sunday morning. lol Caffeine was 100% necessary.... as was my day "off" lying around on the couch on Monday. 🤣

It was an amazing weekend, though! My 90s kid heart was FULL after Saturday night's concert... I can't wait to see the venue line up for next summer!

What it something special to you (or your significant other) that you might use during a session with me? Extra bonus points for out of the box ideas! 😁

A few weeks back I photographed a client with her super s3xy Mustang--no release, so I'm not able to share photos from that session, but it DID remind me of this set that I took a couple of years back that was a bunch of fun with, too!

I LOVE incorporating personal items into my sessions to customized the experience. Usually it's a special piece of jewelry or a clothing item... but every now and then someone reaches out wanting to utilize something that is outside of the box (and literally outside of my studio. lol).
