But, I'll use a few to introduce myself

My name is Jacob.

I was born in Miami, Florida; the Sunshine state. From a very young age, I was always a bit shy and struggled with finding a way to express myself. That's when I discovered photography. The camera inspired my curiosity and imagination; It was a magic box that captured moments in time and made them special, no matter how ordinary they were. From then on I always brought a Polaroid camera to vacatio

ns; shooting anything I found interesting. After high school I moved to the great state of Washington and went to Evergreen State College. While there, I learned how to fine tune my technique; learning how to use the camera for more than just snapshots. Finding beauty in nature and architecture, the world became my open art studio. For me photography is more than just a process of capturing images; it is a window into my mind. And I would like to show you the world through my lens.
