“Behind The Lens” is our documentary series that brings nature to life—one photo at a time. Each episode invites viewers into the wild with us, where every photograph tells a deeper story. Through intimate visuals and thoughtful narration, we explore the lives of birds and animals in their natural habitats—sharing not just how we captured the moment, but why it matters. But our education isn't just limited to film. In 2024, Kelly and John Wilson published "A Great Day For Pond Play", a beautifully crafted children’s book that weaves together the wonder of wildlife with timeless lessons about kindness and connection. All proceeds from book sales in 2024 were donated to Samaritan's Purse. Each story begins with an animal captured in nature, then reimagined as a lovable character in a world where kindness, curiosity, and friendship lead the way. We start with our real wildlife photography and bring it to life through a creative design process we call "nature meets imagination." We capture real-life moments of wildlife in their natural habitats—birds mid-flight, animals at play, or nature in its quiet wonder. Our authentic images are then transformed into vibrant storybook characters. Each animal’s personality is drawn from its real behavior, expression, or habitat, brought to life through whimsical illustration and heartwarming tales.
