I'm back with the plexiglass. This time I'm shooting through it. We sprayed it with soapy water to get bubbles. We hit the bubbles with colored lights. Abby was the only cooperative subject today.

This did not go as well as I hoped. My reflection was in a lot of the shots and we used video lights instead of strobes. I may need strobes next time.

But it's fun, I learned something and it kept me out of the bars! LOL!

One more "Bob on plexiglass" photo. I have a lot of things going on here... Getting Bob to lay down and stay is one. Getting Bob to have both eyes facing the one light source I'm using in another. Then hoping the plexiglass doesn't have too much drool on it is another. For only being "not quite 6 months old" he did alright!

And for the record, Bob weighted in at 48.8lbs today. He's all muscle too!

Old Friends announced this past week that Michael Blowen will be "handing over the reins" to John Nicholson as the CEO. John is very well qualified as he ran the Kentucky Horse Park. It's a new and exciting era for the retirees at Old Friends.

Don't worry, Michael will still be around telling great stories for all of us to hear.
