🤍 A little gallery reminder from your photographer!

Please make sure you are downloading and safely storing your photo galleries, preferably on a computer, external hard drive, or another secure backup location.

My online gallery system can only hold so many galleries at once, so galleries are typically removed from my website after one year to make room for newer sessions. This is also a standard policy for most photographers.

Your galleries are still stored on an external hard drive after they are removed from the website, but please keep in mind that I have photographed hundreds of people over the years, which means I have several hard drives filled with past galleries.

Over the last few weeks, I have had to spend a significant amount of time going back through old hard drives to locate galleries that clients never downloaded. While I’m always happy to help when I can, tracking down galleries from years ago can be extremely time consuming and takes me away from editing, photographing, answering emails, and working on current client galleries.

So please, download your gallery, back it up, and keep it somewhere safe! 🤍

Once your gallery reaches the one year mark, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to retrieve it, so please don’t wait until the last minute.

Thank you so much for helping me keep things organized and allowing me to spend my time doing what you hired me to do: creating and delivering beautiful photographs for you. 🫶🏼

A little update from behind the scenes of this year’s minis!🤎✨

There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to slow everything down.

The crisp evenings. The golden light through the trees. The smell of fall in the air. Christmas lights beginning to glow. The excitement of knowing the holidays are just around the corner.

Your gallery needs both.

POSED PHOTOS are the ones where I guide you. I’ll help with your hands, where you stand, how you look at each other, and all the little details that make you feel confident in front of the camera. These are the photos that beautifully document what you looked like and give you those classic, timeless images you’ll want framed in your home.

CANDID PHOTOS are the ones where I let things unfold. The laugh you didn’t plan, the way they look at you when you aren’t paying attention, your dad tearing up, your friends dancing, the little moments happening between the big ones. These photos document what it felt like.

And honestly? You need both.

Okay, I wasn’t planning on doing another round of Christmas minis this year… BUT then I came across the cutest local Christmas tree farm and immediately knew I had to make it happen. 🥹🌲

I’ve always wanted to photograph at a real Christmas tree farm, and when the opportunity came up, I couldn’t pass it up!

So, we’re making it happen October 24th! 🎄🤎
