HOME. Where meals are shared and memories are made on the deck. Where Moose leaves his dog bones hiding behind the potted plants and the afternoon light catches old wedding photographs. Where loving embraces after a long day of work meet game night reunions on the family room floor. Where the walls have seen bright birthday balloons and heard laughter echo through the windows. Home is where your people are. And the best homes grow with more people to love. 🤍 can’t wait for them to bring this little one home.

Nate + Katie. 9.23.23. Last year today was quite like this, forecasted rain almost every hour. Yet what did this soon-to-be wed couple decide to do? Worship in the living room. They were unhurried the morning of, completely present with their family and friends. In the midst of the potential storm over their entirely outdoor wedding - they were grateful. They sang praises with all their dearest people under one roof. Nothing else mattered but to give glory to their God. And that spirit of thankfulness overflowed into the entirety of the ceremony and reception. As soon as they were pronounced husband and wife, the clouds opened up and showers of blessing sprinkled over them as they walked down the aisle. And they danced and sang barefoot in the goodness of God, goodness evident in their blessed union with amongst all of those they loved.
