“ If you can find mindfulness, you can find peace.”

This was one of the most powerful and inspiring moments I got to witness and I am so glad I didn’t miss this.
I hope I get to see them again on their journey. I walk with you spiritually, thank you for your strength.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted here, life’s been beautifully full lately. I took a little time to focus on some personal milestones (including wedding planning 💍💕), and honestly, it’s been so refreshing to reset and refocus.
